These guys have been selling from our store’s display case for about a week now, but I haven’t had a chance to post about them. Basically, we’ve introduced 3 larger versions of what we had been offering before: carrot cake, chocolate tart and tiramisu tart.
The following are brief descriptions for these items, which are about good 4 inches across and $5 each.
The carrot cake is straightforward with cream cheese frosting, cranberries and caramelized pecans on top.
The chocolate tart is like a heavenly hybrid between a souffle and chocolate flourless cake. Sounds counter-intuitive, I know, but I’m sticking to it.
The tiramisu tart has a shortbread crust on the bottom, ladyfingers soaked in coffee and a little amaretto, espresso mousse and marscarpone mousse.
